Our Strength Coaches are experienced in a variety of methods and styles of exercise. Circuit training, H.I.I.T Intervals, Group Exercise, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, 1RM competition, Enduro? They come from a wide background that we'll personally match to your needs, facilities, and level of play.
These professionals have attained the certifications of distinctions in their field, and many have degrees in Kinesiology or Education, which aids in their ability to relay the information to different learning styles. These are not gym rats who follow fads in magazines!
They are also experienced in adapting to the available facilities and conditions, as they have done this in hotel lobbies, empty fields, city parks, University weight rooms, and school cafeterias! They carry the toys and gadgets to do the job wherever they have to, and they have a passion for maximizing the human body's amazing design!

training camp at Colorado Springs.

How does it work?
We send a Strength Coach to your session or practice ready to teach an individualized program that we have developed to enhance your goals for your team or athlete. We determine the needs by assessing and measuring the weakness or deficiency you've identified as a concern. We measure anything to put a number to everything that we can, so that progress can be evaluated and adjusted as needed. We typically assess cardio endurance, flexibility, body fat, muscular strength(power), muscular endurance, and balance. Sport specific measurements can be taken if requested. We are also available to perform pre-season try-outs, assessments, or IMPACT testing.

Those Darn Fees Again:
Our coaches can be engaged as part of your Premium package or meet with your individual or team on an as-needed basis. Sessions with 1-5 participants are considered small-group, and above 10 are considered teams. Two sessions are minimum, and weekly sessions are advised for season-long advancement.
